Display Village Opens at Ellendale

Display Village Opens at Ellendale

30/04/2018
The Ellendale Display Village was officially opened on Saturday 28 April with a Family Fun Day, attended by more than 2,000 visitors.

The Ellendale Display Village features 22 display homes from 14 national and local builders, with each builder having a further range of house designs ideal for blocks of all sizes. The display homes feature the very latest in building and style trends, and are a great showcase on how to maximise living space at Ellendale.

The display village launch provided an opportunity for residents to meet their new neighbours, and for those contemplating buying a new home, they were able to get a sense of the village-like location whilst enjoying the festival atmosphere.

The estate has many positive attributes and purchasers will appreciate all the benefits Upper Kedron has to offer including nearby public transport links, shopping centres and some of Brisbane’s finest schools. Purchasers looking for land to build a home close to the CBD will find this a compelling location with 230 home sites already sold to a range of buyers, predominantly local upgraders, downsizers and first home buyers.
